White House is home. Our office is on North Sage Road, our crews live here, and a good share of the porches, decks and outdoor kitchens in the newer subdivisions along Highway 76 and Highway 31W are ours. The city has grown fast since I-65 exit 108 became an easy commute, and the houses that came with that growth — 2000s and 2010s two-stories on modest lots — are exactly the ones that need a covered porch, a finished bonus room or a real kitchen ten years on.
We also build new custom homes on acreage north and west of town, where Robertson County farmland is still being divided into three- and five-acre lots, and on the Sumner County side toward Cottontown. If you are in White House, you have probably driven past our work.

It depends on the address. White House straddles Sumner and Robertson counties; inside the city limits the City of White House issues permits, and outside them the county does. We confirm it at the site visit and pull the right one.
Can you still find land to build on near White House?
Yes, on both sides of the county line. On the Robertson side, farms are still being split into three- and five-acre lots; on the Sumner side, there’s acreage out toward Cottontown.
