Can one contractor handle the design, the permits and every trade?
Yes. We design, permit and build, schedule each trade and inspection, and close out the punch list, so you sign one contract and call one set of people.
Do you offer every service outside Nashville?
All ten, from custom homes to commercial and multi-family work, in every city within about fifty miles of Nashville, from our office in White House.
Can I combine two projects, such as a kitchen and a porch?
Yes. Booked together they qualify for the $750 bundle discount, and one project manager runs both jobs on a single schedule.
How are changes priced once work has started?
Before they happen. A change is written up and priced for you to approve, so nothing new appears on the invoice at the end.
